Are your plants safe for pets and children?

Each individual plant description will confirm what precautions are needed.

Do the plants come in pots, or do I need to buy one separately?

The plants come in the ‘pot’ I have grown them on in. I have used clean yoghurt pots for some of my propagations so it may be a yoghurt pot or a nursery pot!

With houseplants it is best to keep them in their nursery pots/yoghurt pots! And just sit them in a decorative pot. This way you can water the plant, let it drain then place back in. If you put a houseplant straight into a decorative pot the water has no where to drain and your roots will just sit in water and this can cause the plant to die.

What should I do if my plant looks unhealthy after delivery? Can I return or exchange a plant if it doesn’t survive shipping?

Send me a message/email with a picture of the plant and I will advise. The plant will be packaged safely so unless there are postal delays the plant should be the same as when it left me.

With regards to the return or exchange, this will be on an individual basis. I would like the opportunity to advise before we make the decision. However, shipping plants is always a risk but if they are damaged that is not your fault so I would refund.

Do you offer plant care guides or tips?

Absolutely! You will be emailed a care guide and I am available for tips any time! I am always happy to answer questions on plants and the best care you can give them!

Reed diffusers FAQs

How long does a reed diffuser last?

The ones I have trialled have lasted about six weeks. However if you use less reeds it will last longer but a weaker scent

Are reed diffusers safe around pets/children?

No, keep away from children and pets.

Some pets may be sensitive to the scents and/or depending on the scent they could be harmful to aquatic life.

The fragrance oils may cause skin irritation or an allergic reaction on anyone not just children. Always use with gloves

Do you offer refills or replacement reeds?

Not at the moment, but if things prove popular this could be something that is added in the future.

Orders, shipping and Returns FAQs

How long will my order take to arrive?

I will ship on a Wednesday and a Saturday using Evri (this may change) you can pay for next day delivery but I would have to confirm the cost. It will usually be 2-4 days from posting.

What is your return or refund policy?

Unless damaged and agreed, plants can not be returned or refunded. This would be very harmful for the plant.

Reed diffusers can be returned but only if the package has not been opened. If you change your mind. Do not open the package and return. Postage is not covered for returns but I will refund half of the postage paid originally along with the item price.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
